HOME ALONE SAFETY CLASS 2/20/2025

HOME ALONE SAFETY:  Is a must for children 9 – 12 years of age, it will help prepare your child to safely stay at home alone when necessary. It seeks to build confidence, independence and provide a toolbox of skills necessary to navigate various situations.

Topics include internet safety, telephone and fire safety, elements of first aid and steps to take in an emergency. Course material is presented in a relaxed and interactive format. Students will learn through role playing, games and acting out emergency situations.

Students can bring a nut-free snack if needed.

WHO: Children ages 9-12 years old

WHAT: One time class, Thursday, February 20th, 9:30AM-12:30PM

WHERE: Barrington Public Library (Gallery) , 281 County Road, Barrington

FEE: $60  (includes a $5 nonrefundable processing fee)
