Peck Center for Adult Enrichment

Horticulture class by Sally Gruber.  In person this month at the newly renovated Peck Center.

When the days are warm and the flowers are in bloom, it's the perfect time for a garden party!  Reflecting on Katherine Manfield's short story "Garden Party" we will create the setting for our own botanical gala.  Participants will receive decorative pots and a wide selection of fresh plant materials, including blue delphinium, fuchsia carnation, and Italian ruscus.  

Following COVID-19 restrictions, individually wrapped garden snacks will be passed out, which folks must take home to eat.  Food cannot be unwrapped at the Center.

No coffee bar / water will be available.  Participants must bring their own water.  

Masks are required.  If the weather is good, the windows will be open, so dress accordingly.
