CHILDREN'S OUTDOOR YOGA:
We will create a stable, comfortable, educational environment for children to explore yoga. Children will discover their uniqueness through yoga.
Classes are filled with age appropriate poses, relaxation and breathing, art activities and , of course, FUN. We will play games like Yogi Says. We will incorporate literature into the curriculum using stories like The Napping House and Jenny’s Walk. Children will become more balances physically, emotionally and spiritually. Yoga will help enhance children’s coordination, flexibility, balance and the ability to focus and concentration. The class will be held outside behind the Barrington Peck Center.
Ages 4-12
Time: 10:00 am - 11:00 am for Six Weeks.
Location: Park in the Peck Center parking lot. The class will be held down in the grass area by the water.
Fee: $60.00
