MINDFUL LIVING: We all want a robust life but sometimes we with so many demands, we lose ourselves. In this course, we will learn approaches to build awareness and discover a mindful approach to daily living. We all have the capacity to be present, and we don’t need to change who we are to incorporate these simple practices into our lives. There are no prerequisites to this class and no prior experience is necessary. Those students with experience will enjoy practicing in a community setting. Most importantly, bring yourself - without any distractions or demands.
