YOGA: Tuesday Morning
Yoga helps stretch and strengthen the muscles of the whole body, releases chronic tension and stress, and increases self-awareness. There is an emphasis on breath, relaxation, and self-acceptance. Regular practice supports mental clarity and confidence, encourages self-empowerment and invites deep peace. For experienced practitioners or beginners. Classes will meet at Temple Habonim, 165 New Meadow Road, Barrington. Eight 1 and 1/2 hour classes. Minimum 7 students for this class.
Fee: $105 Members; $115 Non Members;
Tuesday mornings beginning September 24th. 9:30 - 11:00 a.m.
