YOGA: Wednesday Morning
Begin your morning with quiet stillness as we stretch the body and calm the mind. Leave ready to face the rest of your day balanced and energized.
Postures are practiced to align, strengthen and increase flexibility in the body while guided awareness and breathing techniques are combined to achieve full body relaxation.
This class is ideal for a beginner looking to explore the benefits of yoga or a seasoned practitioner looking to enjoy a community class setting. Modifications will be offered to allow participants to individualize each class experience.
Please bring a mat, blanket, pen and paper.
Classes will meet at Temple Habonim, Eight 1 and 1/2 hour classes.
Fee: $115 Members; $125 Non Members;
